Booking Policies

• All villas are privately owned—please inquire directly or see the Airbnb link below for pricing. Villa Jaime inquiries are handled via email.

• Airbnb bookings are accepted ( Click Here for Airbnb Link)  

• All rates are quoted in USD.

• A maximum of three (3) villas may be booked by one guest.

• A three-night minimum stay applies.

• Rates include the services of a housekeeper and cook.

• A 25% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking directly with us to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Food and beverages are not included.

• Additional fees may apply for special services or requests.

• Events and weddings are not permitted.

  Rates are subject to change without notice.

  Minimum 5-night stay applies during holiday weekends: Easter, Labour Day, Emancipation & Independence, National Heroes Day, Christmas, and New Year.
